    The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Guest Services Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with the Dream Team—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

    At its core, a Community Group is less about what you do and more about who you do it with. We all need each other and that’s why we have Community Groups.

STUDENTS

  • Why is student ministry important?

    We want to help connect students together to know God and help define their calling through finding freedom and discovering their purpose to make a difference.  No matter where you are in your life journey we have a place for you.

  • Who all is included in "Students"?

    Students is for middle school and high school students grades 6-12.

  • How can I get involved?

    Students meets at the Dream Center weekly on Wednesday nights at 7. Skii trips, summer camp, fall retreat and many other events are also great, fun ways to get involved.

CROSSROADS KIDS

  • Vision for Crossroads Kids

    We love helping children develop a genuine love for Jesus, building their lives on the truth of God's Word, connecting in meaningful friendships, and discovering their purpose at a young age.

  • What to expect as a first-time guest

    Our team will be waiting at the CRCC Kids check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family and they will help you check-in and walk you to your child’s room. 

  • Does my child belong in Crossroads Kids?

    Your child belongs if they are between the ages of 6 weeks and 5th grade. We have tailored experiences for 6 week-2 year olds, 3-5 year olds and K-5th grade.

CROSSROADS WORSHIP

  • What is Crossroads Worship?

    Our goal in worship is to create a distraction-free environment where people can encounter the presence of God through music, lighting, visuals and other creative, intentional, and purposeful means.

  • What do I need to be a part of the worship/production team?

    Anyone interested in joining the team will go through an on-boarding process called IMMERSE. Email Pastor Zach if you're interested!

BAPTISM

  • What is Baptism?

    We believe Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example. When Christ followers are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection.

  • Do I need to be Baptized?

    We believe that water baptism is a public declaration of three important things: you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you have been Made New in Christ, and you are part of a new family.

  • Can I get Baptized?

    If you’ve become a Christ follower and have not gone through the waters of baptism, we encourage you to sign up to be baptized. It’s always a day of celebration and we want you to be a part!
