WORSHIP

Our goal as a worship team is to provide a distraction-free environment for people to experience the presence of God. Worship is about His presence and our expression of our love and admiration not just for what He’s done, but who He is. Our outward expression is using our talents and gifts through our instruments and voices to honor Him with excellence. In doing so, we seek out the Holy Spirit and His voice, His call, His will for the service and being obedient to that voice. When we surrender to the yielding of the Holy Spirit, every time of worship will fulfill its purpose. It is not about performance, loudness, production, or charisma.

PRODUCTION

Crossroads Production is centered on the fact that God can be worshipped without lights, gear, haze, and all of the other technologies available today. However, we want to use these technologies in a way that ENHANCES the environment and worship experience for the online viewer and in-person attendee.


  • Presentation software allows in-person and online viewers to worship through sung lyrics and reading scripture
  • Audio systems allow in-person and online viewers to hear worship and the sermon (ultimately, the gospel) clearly
  • Lights allow in-person participants and online viewers to see those on stage and around them clearly
  • Live-streaming solutions allow the gospel to be heard by many more than we could reach in-person on a Sunday
